Luxury Cashmere Brand Falconeri Enters U.S. Market

That’s right, fellow Italians! Falconeri finally made its way to the U.S. Market. For those who have not heard about this, Falconeri is an Italian luxury label known for their cashmere knits. So, how did this well known Italian label make its debut splash in the U.S.?

In 1986, fashion entrepreneur Sandro Veronesi established a fashion brand called Calzedonia in Verona, Italy. Calzedonia initially started out selling pantyhose. By the mid-1990s, the company began to expand its products towards lingerie and underwear. Eventually, the brand became the Calzedonia Group, which currently co-owns other fashion labels such as Intimissimi, Atelier Emè, and Falconeri.

There’s no reason for its new American market to turn down this ten-year old brand. Falconeri is a well known brand that sells all types of knitted garments for men and women across Europe, Russia, and now the United States.

Since his official announcement on Forbes magazine, Veronesi thought that it was time that Falconeri opened more stores in the U.S. He believed that there was a purpose to naturally expand this brand as it is the “jewel” of the Calzedonia Group.

Every product defines authentic Italian craftsmanship. Falconeri never fails to impress customers with its emphasis on simplicity and the environment because of its “fine yarns and manufacturing processes” . The company also features digital editorials with celebrities Julia Roberts, Chiara Ferragni, Luca Argentero, and Irina Shayk.

Now that Falconeri opened its new location on New York’s famed Fifth Avenue, Veronesi plans to set up another store in Los Angeles in hopes of coming full circle to American customers.
